For me chocolate is an almost everyday must. I must have it, but I also must exercise resistance at the temptation to overindulge. I only eat dark chocolate these days, but I've learned to love it and it certainly satisfies those cravings!
Here's a wonderful chocolate pudding recipe that is sure to please any chocoholics palate! Kids love it too.... and shhh... if they are not into their greens, don't tell them it's made with avocado.

3/4 ripe avocado 4-6 large dates (presoaked minimum 2 hrs) 1/2 cup water (from soaked dates) OR Almond Milk 2 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla extract
Yields: 2 -3 Servings
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor. Add more or less water/almond milk depending on how you like the consistency. Tip: For added flavor add your choice of: peanut butter, orange zest, banana, chocolate chips. and top with any toppings you like. Enjoy!
