4 Ingredient Fluffy Banana Pancake Recipe

Weekends just aren't the same without some yummy pancakes! But healthy gluten-free, dairy-free, flourless and guilt-free pancakes? Yes please!!


1 ripe banana

2 eggs

1/4 cup ground flax meal OR almond meal

1/8 tsp baking powder


Combine all ingredients in a bowl (start by mashing up the banana). Stir until combined.

In a non-stick pan, under low/medium heat, cook pancakes about 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned.

Optional: For added flavor, add your favorites to the mix: cinnamon, coconut flakes, nutmeg, vanilla extract, nuts, chocolate chips.

Top with your favorite toppings and a good maple syrup. Enjoy!!
